Exercises

#01 Quantify & Visualize Data


I have three kinds of candies, soft candies, regular candies and hard candies.I divided them into different categories based on their colors.
High-energy/ General-energy/ Clean-energy/ Low-energy.

And in the left side, these candies are all animals. But the right side, there are all circle. Also, the sugar on the left is softer than the sugar on the right.

So I think The left represents cute, the right represents boring.
This is why I did this (below) .

#02 L.A.T.C.H infographic

I love pokemon so much, but before this semester started, I have no background knowledge on pokemon. So I use youtube, pinterest, and others to learn lots of basic knowledge of it. I got lots of visual spirt from there.
Then I open the website Ms gave.
and this website(found by myself)

These website contributed all information I need.

Then what I need to do is, translate this map to a more simple and easy to understand vison.

I start from background, then I created lots of building vectors. And trees, mountain, etc...

In the last part, I put pokemon monster and their attribute on it. Here is my final outcome.
