This week is independent learning week.

Week 9 (2021/10/19)
We are still working on the post contents, Ms.Lilian think we are on the right track, but if don't what make the audients feel boring we need to try more new color, just don't limit me, take time keep grow stronger.

Week 10 (2021/10/26)
We still work on the post contents, I still tried lots of different stuff when I create all these graphic elements and showed our post to Ms.Lilian, Ms.Lilian still courage us to try more colour combinations and keep trying.

Week 11 (2021/11/02)
This week we finished our content generation as planned. Ms. Lilian gave us feedback on the final post, need to be more look at the details part, we should not work as an engineer, we are designer.

Week 12 (2021/11/09)
This week as plan we should finish our contents, but as the campaign expanded one more week, so we decide to create more content as well, so when we need to show some progress on the final slide to Ms.Lilian, we only have a few contents to show, we need to finish this slide by next week.

Week 13 (2021/11/16)
This week we got the final presentation for Slae's CEO and staff, to show what we did and learn from this campaign, and Ms. Lilian has given us lots of positive comments, I feel we got a good full stop of this module.

Final Project

Because I am the man who takes over the whole design art style, before the campaign open, me and Rachel talk about what design direction we want to go lots of times. So I am quite sure about what Rachel wants her IG post to look like in this campaign.

And also we talk about the whole layout, color, and use Rachel's photo or only text. Here is a simple plan here. Jez and Rachel also carry on the creative contents plan timeline.

So here is what overall our plan looks like:

fig1.0: Campain Timeline

fig1.1: Ig Post layout look&feel

Then follow a few weeks, we keep progressing our work, and take advice from Ms.Lilian's feedback. Week by week we finish all the contents, and as the campaign got expand 1 more week, so we also progress to 3 more new posts which are not in our plan.

fig1.2: All posts created(Including rejection version)

We hope our graffiti graphic elements can show up everywhere not just in the post, so I also did background for IG stories post, and graphic elements can be used in the video, and also ig live streaming.

At here I will recommend some interesting content in this campaign:

1. One Song one makeup video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5aCI-wskvQA&t=7s)
This is a video of Rachel singing in the meantime she will do makeup, I think you will feel amazing about Rachel's vocal, she was born for singing, that's a truth.

fig1.5: One song on makeup cover

This is a video Rachel and her mom make up each other, this video is very happy, I believe it also can bring happiness to you as well. Plus this video got English subtitles.

And in the last week, we did a presentation slide to recap this campaign and present it in front of Slae's CEO and staff, Ms. Llian, and all classmates.

Final Presentation Slide:

Feedback

Week7:
Ms.Lilian thinks we need to introduce more color from our color palette, and also do not forget not only to use our graphic elements in our cover, but we also need to use it in our content.

Week8:
No class this week.
Week9:
Ms.Lilian think we are on the right track, but if don't what make the audients feel boring we need to try more new color and make people feel the more exciting feeling, just don't limit myrself, try more and the possibility also will get more.

Week10:
Ms. Lilian thinks we are on the right track, but for our video, adding English subtitles will be better. So we did English subtitles in the next video.

Week11:
Ms. Lilian gave us feedback on the final post, need to be more look at the details part, we should not work as an engineer, we are designer. Ms.Lilian told us we be allowed goto make our final presentation slide. And also the campaign got extended for one more week, maybe we can come out more.

Week12:
We need to do fast on our final presentation slide, using the graphic we used in our campaign.

Week13:
Presentation done, well done everyone.

Reflections

Experience:

After we decide everything before the campaign started, we follow the timeline work on our works. And also get feedback from Ms.Lilian, do some adjustments.

Observation:

Everyone was very enthusiastic at the beginning, but in the second half, we will be a little tired. We still keep on communicating, even though the other courses bring great pressure, but we still encouraged each other and accomplished good cooperation.

Findings:

I find it important to keep trying new things when designing, not to linger too long in familiar territory, to try new color combinations, to create new images, to try new techniques, otherwise, it gets old-fashioned and boring. And I find that every time MS. Lilian gave me good advice, I found that in the work can not only listen to the advice of their friends, outside advice should also listen to more, those comments will bring great works.
